Thank you for choosing Brilliant Minds Tutoring Service as your child’s academic assistance. As our business grows, we try to maintain a set schedule for each and every child. With your help we can keep things running smoothly. Families all sessions are to be paid in advance the last day to pay is the Friday before your Childs sessions start. No payments will be accepted after Friday for that upcoming weeks sessions. Please remember that the time you agreed to is assigned to your child. If you are late there will be a $15 fee for the first 15 minutes. Any student later than 30 minutes will be canceled for the day. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please try to schedule ahead of time. I ask for 24 hours’ notice, but I also know things come up and that may be impossible to do however please try to let me know at your earliest convenience. If arrangements were made prior to the session all students will be accommodated. After 3 consecutive missed sessions you will have to pay for a new set of sessions. Please remember consistency is the key. Let’s all stay on board for our children.
